At Hobibear, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure the products are in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back into their original Hobibear box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
